on the creative side

Ok, so we are in our fall break (yeah, I get a week off). This should be a time to relax, get some things done around the house, etc… Well, I forgot I had signed up for a class a couple of weeks ago. I am required to take this class before December or I will lose some other credits I have (Ahh teaching gotta love it). The class started Tuesday and I was reminded on Thursday! Yes, that meant I was two days behind. It is an on-line class and you have to participate so many days out of the week. In addition, I have company in town. My mother-in-law is here until Sunday. Monday a friend from Australia is in town. Evo leaves to go out of town on Tuesday. My father-in-law comes into town on Friday (NJ’s 16th birthday). Somehow I am suppose to get classwork and lesson plans done. I don’t know about all of this. We will see how it goes…

OK, just got back from the PNME. Wow! what a great time. I got to see all the ‘cool’ kids. I am even more inspired to get my education podcast up and running. Video podcasting is the new media I want to look into. Evo and I are going to try to flush out some ideas and look for equipment. It would be really nice if we could find a sponsor for equipment and we could show case each item (just a thought)! Check out pictures from the event. Some of the people I only get to see a few times a year and that is when I wish I could just travel around and visit people.
